My name is Chitra Pradhan. By profession I am an educator. During my professional life I have worked as a teacher, teacher educator, vice principal at teacher education institution, Curriculum director, Secretary, National Assessment, Evaluations, and Public Examination Division of the Ministry of Social Services in Bhutan. Taught for 25 years in Canada.

Recently, I have invested in a company that is energized to reach the "BEYOND" in the field of technology and digital world. I have made significant investment in this company, because it is rising with a striking umph,locally in South East Asia, and stepping outside into the western world gradually.

This company is Sagoon Inc., an American Incorporate entity founded by nepalese immigrants.

Sagoon Inc. is a Start Up Company which is headed for great success. I am presenting this by looking at its humble beginning, the struggle, an unending investment and support mostly from Nepali speaking diaspora around the world. Further, driven by  extremely hard-working engineers and executive team, unceasing support of Cofounders and the genius of Govinda Giri. The technology products they have created and available now for public use,  constant creation of new features as per the demand of the time and the users further cemented my belief in the company.

An American Company, Exemplar Companies, after their considerable research and negotiations with the Sagoon Team, Sagoon has engaged Exemplar Consulting, LLC as a strategic partner for their next phase of growth.

Exemplar will serve as an exclusive partner for capital injection for Sagoon. Initial guidance will focus on raising capital, structuring the business and revenue model, and enabling the continued injection of required capital. The Exemplar team will be led from their Boston and New York offices.

Investing in a Startup Company has risks, nonetheless, I understand that for high gains, risks must be taken.
