My New Letter Series – Dear Creator Of Pakistan M A Jinnah – Part 2
Dear JinJin, brother nations bar Pakistani citizens as regional allies extend a warmer welcome to others

The previous 1 part of the article can be accessed here Part 1. This is the second part

Dear M A Jinnah,

JinJin, it’s been a few weeks since we “talked.” I wanted to give you time to digest what I had said before. Hopefully, you have done that. Regardless, here’s more news from your country and its highly literate population; by the way, the word literate is used for any person who can sign her or his name in her or his local language.

Mo, explain this to me: what makes these different countries expel people from ONE PARTICULAR country (yours)? I mean, as they keep saying “Hum bhi insaan han” (We are also human – some people laugh at this statement, but that is for a different day). Just recently, a highly respected national treasure (obviously from Pakistan) was expelled from Italy. No, your friend Mussolini isn’t the one who expelled him. The person expelled was Imam Zulfiqar Khan and the one that expelled him was Italy’s Prime Minister, Giorgia Meloni. It’s a lady, Mo, so stop cursing!! What was his crime, you ask? He supported Hamas and called for his sheep, err congregation, to voice their displeasure against Italy! You know, that’s exactly what he said, “freedom of speech”. She didn’t listen to a word he said and shipped his behind-back to Pakistan! Can you believe this? This is a trend that’s going on now in Europe, sending Pakistani people out of their countries! Thank god, the USA is still accepting “ONLY THE LITERATE” population from Pakistan (anyone that has graduated as a Hafiz from the world-famous Pakistan Institute of Technology (PIT, also called Madrasa))

Imagine if America also said No to your citizens! Where would they go? How would they showcase their hidden talents? These esteemed citizens are being banned in brother countries, like Saudi Arabia, The UAE, and other countries that share your faith! And to rub salt into the already infection-festering wounds, they’re giving Indians visa-on-arrival facilities. UAE has gone so far, that they’re giving Indians visas for life! And they’re driving your esteemed citizens out! All because they were showcasing their hidden talent, err begging on the streets.

Some reports from various news outlets claim that Pakistanis showcasing the talent mentioned above were earning upwards of 42 billion USD annually. Yup, beggars from your country were earning that much! Ok, let’s assume they make a third of that(14b USD). That should still give your cash-strapped country, some ask when it was NOT cash-strapped, a big chunk of change that could change the fortunes of your country! Your Prime Minister would NOT have to drive around in a Mercedes from the previous year but could get the latest Jaguar I-PACE SUV. Why that car, you ask? Well, that company is owned by The Tata Group and if your country can’t get India’s Tata to invest in your country, the least they could do was become one of the customers. This way, you can give this to the Chinese who are ‘Oh So Good’ at copying technology!! That would make them reward your country with a few more highways (to hell, some say). I mean, so what if fuel costs SO MUCH that a driver would have to sell his kids, and wife(wives) just for a daylong drive!! The good thing is, the family can go somewhere; of course, whether they all come back is a question people would ask, but why focus on the negatives?? Too much negativity in the world, as it is!!! Now JinJin, getting back to the original point, umm…I kinda lost the earlier thought!! Yeah, I remember…your extremely literate populace getting shipped back to your prosperous country and why are these people being so anti-Pakistan? I mean, yeah so a few (hundred) terror attacks were masterminded by your enthusiastic people, and a few (hundred) thousand people died, but that shouldn’t make the world term your country as anti-humanity? Okay, so a few of these masterminds are still walking around the streets in your country but the courts in your law-abiding country found them innocent and that should suffice! But No, the Indian government wants these people handed over to them so they can hand out justice! Really!! No, Nehru isn’t the Prime Minister at this point in time! He probably would have stopped any kind of retribution from the Indian side, but the current PM is not one of those Gandhian types of guys!! Gandhi believed in offering the other cheek when he got slapped on one side! The current guy believes in breaking both arms of the slapper when slapped on one cheek!! Sometimes he includes the legs too!! I mean, is this guy for real? Some enthusiastic “freedom fighters” (the world calls them terrorists, go figure) broke a few glass windows at a 5-star hotel in Mumbai (you know it as Bombay). Okay, so one or two people died. They shot the “freedom fighter”! Worse, he was visiting India from Pakistan! Ok, so he didn’t have a visa and came to kill! But that shouldn’t mean they should kill him!! What’s who’s name? The current PM! His name is Modi! Narendra Modi! Yeah, understandably so, your people are not the biggest fans of the Indian PM.

Anyway, Mo, have to stop writing as my Scotch is waiting for me. I KNOW! It was your favorite drink too! I drink Johnny Walker Black! I know you liked your expensive Scotch with pork chops! I, being a vegetarian, enjoy my drink with mirchi pakora, and samosa, nothing there, no problem! I just need my drink! Cheers, Mo!
