Alpha Capital Limited signs a MOU with NMB Capital for the appointment of an Issue Manager

KATHMANDU– Alpha Capital Limited, an investment firm specializing in contrarian value investing with a focus on high-growth potential, announces a new collaboration with NMB Capital Limited, a leading merchant bank in Nepal.

This partnership is aimed at facilitating the public issuance of Alpha Capital Limited’s shares. The company plans to launch an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of its ordinary shares in the near future and has appointed NMB Capital as its issue manager to guide the process.
